It’s ok to wear leather if I’m raw vegan?
Eco friendly shoes and clothing are sometimes much more expensive and I think the leather can be used since in the end it is of no use, all wasted.

Vegans do not purchase animal products. It’s as simple as that.
People differ as to the appropriateness of wearing leather purchased before becoming vegan, and on the ethics of buying secondhand leather goods.
Buying leather items would make you a raw foodist, rather than a raw vegan.

I’m looking for eco-friendly events;?
ones that are similar to Earth Hour, One Day Without Shoes, etc.. where they have dates in which you take action around your community. Earth Hour was March 27, 2010 and One Day Without Shoes is April 8th.
Any events like this would be helpful, as I have to make a promotion poster for a Digital Image and Design class.

You might want to look locally too – sometimes there are eco friendly events that happen in your own city or town that might be more personal.

that had some eco–friendly shoes that didn’t look so bad, under it it said made from Tires and 2 other things but i don’t remember what they were.
